Here at Dune View Inn we have 3 Inn rooms. All rooms come with a private washroom and soaker tub. Most rooms have a 2-person tub. We have different bed options including a family suite that comes with a king size bed and a single and 2 queen rooms. RATES start at 129 per night for 2 Room rate includes breakfast for 2 Pets allowed – added cost $25.00
Rules
- All reservations are nonrefundable between July 1 and September 10, and during this period, there are no refunds on early departures for any reason, weather included.
- Breakfast is served during the summer months between 8am and 9am. There is no breakfast the rest of the year.
- Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide a damage deposit of $100.00 (credit card only).
- Please be advised that photo identification or a valid credit card may be required at the time of check-in.
- Our quiet time during the weekend is midnight. We have on-site security cameras (24 hours a day).
- No visitors are allowed on the premises after 12:00 a.m. Any violation that disrupts the peace, safety, and well-being of other guests may be cause for eviction without notice, refund, or credit.
- We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any stolen items.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke outside away from the building at the designated smoking areas. If cleaning is required, a $250 charge will be applied to your credit card.
- Check in Time 3PM, Check out Time 10AM
Pet Rules
- All pets must be pre-approved before check-in.
- There is a 25.00 pet charge due upon arrival
- Dogs must always be on a leash and are not permitted on the beach or inside the restaurant.
- When you are here, speak to the front desk about where you may walk your dog. Dogs are not allowed on the front lawn.
